Who is Raoul Carriere: Born in Montreal but raised and lived from New Brunswick to British Columbia and all provinces in between. I was the third generation of my family to serve in the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), which I did until retiring in 1996 after nearly 31 years of service. What prepared me for the mortgage brokering industry was the last ten years of RCMP duties which included overseeing a nine million dollar airport telecommunications revitalization and prior to retirement, acting as planning NCO for the province of British Columbia. I obtained a B.A. degree in Law and Sociology at Carleton University in Ontario. Of all my past endeavours, my most satisfying employment is that of a mortgage broker. A job should improve the lives of others and mine certainly does. I get to do what I enjoy most and that is to give service to my clients.
